Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 21-bed ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for adult patients (18+) presenting with conditions including ARDS, pneumonia, cardiogenic shock, and withdrawal
• Document and manage patient records using Cerner EMR
• Float to Stepdown or Emergency Department as needed to meet unit staffing needs
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling as determined by unit needs; no block scheduling offered

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be on file at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Familiarity with caring for complex critical care populations including ARDS and cardiogenic shock patients
• Experience floating to Stepdown or Emergency Department environments
