Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 21-bed ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for adult patients (18+) presenting with conditions including ARDS, pneumonia, alcohol/substance withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock
• Document and manage patient information using Cerner EMR
• Float to Stepdown and Emergency Room units as needed to meet staffing demands
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling as determined by unit needs; no block scheduling offered

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid Compact RN license (must be on file at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Ability to work weekends as required by the unit schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Experience caring for patients with ARDS, cardiogenic shock, or withdrawal presentations
• Comfort floating between ICU, Stepdown, and Emergency Room environments
