Echo/Ultrasound Sonographer – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform General and Vascular dual modality ultrasound examinations
- Operate on a 3x12-hour day shift schedule with on-call responsibilities on nights worked and every other Sunday
- Complete facility-required orientation modules and annual competency modules as directed by onsite Nurse Educator
- Document and chart patient imaging data accurately within the Cerner electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee state license or compact license in hand at time of submittal
- Prior experience with Cerner electronic health record system
- Dual modality competency in General and Vascular Ultrasound
- Ability to take call on nights worked and every other Sunday
- Two professional references required (may be pending at time of submittal)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel assignment experience
- Echocardiography or cardiology imaging background
