Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Work across multiple care settings as part of a split-facility assignment
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility
- Ability to work across multiple facilities as part of a split assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a multi-site or split-facility environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage responsibilities across locations
- Experience with a broad range of patient populations and diagnoses
