Cardiac Cath Lab Tech – Travel Contract

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Start Time: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM | No call, no weekends, no holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures in a fast-paced cath lab environment
• Operate and monitor specialized cardiac imaging and hemodynamic equipment throughout procedures
• Prepare and maintain the cath lab, ensuring all instruments and supplies are sterile and readily available
• Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic status before, during, and after procedures
• Document procedural data accurately and in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current applicable certification or licensure as required by state and facility standards
• Proficiency with cardiac catheterization lab equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, interventional cardiology procedures, and sterile technique
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, time-sensitive clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract experience in a cardiac cath lab setting
• Familiarity with a full-service acute care hospital environment including inpatient and outpatient surgical services
• Experience with advanced cardiac interventional technologies and minimally invasive procedures
