Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fetal anatomic ultrasound examinations on high-risk OB/GYN patients in an outpatient Maternal-Fetal Medicine clinic setting
• Conduct Umbilical Artery and Middle Cerebral Artery Doppler studies, including Cold Flow and M-Mode imaging
• Complete first, second, and third trimester obstetric scans including fetal anatomical surveys, amniotic fluid index measurements, and inter/intra-orbital measurements
• Perform transvaginal cervical length measurements and manage multiple gestation cases
• Operate GE Voluson ultrasound equipment (E10, Expert 22) and document findings using ViewPoint Reporting and Epic (PACS)
• Float between like departments, units, and facilities as needed within scope of practice; licensure in both Kansas and Missouri (or compact) required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-risk OB/Maternal-Fetal Medicine ultrasound experience; first-time travelers not accepted
• Active ARDMS certification and ARDMS OB/GYN specialty credential required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active licensure in both Kansas and Missouri (or applicable compact license) at time of submission
• Proficiency in abdominal, obstetric, and transvaginal sonography including placenta previa assessment, multiple pregnancy, and fetal biometry (abdomen, bone lengths, cerebellum, ventricles, head, heart, fingers/toes)
• Candidate's home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with GE Voluson ultrasound platforms (E10, Expert 22) and ViewPoint Reporting software
• Familiarity with Epic EMR charting in a high-volume outpatient clinical environment
• Experience with isolation precautions and PPE protocols in a clinical setting
