Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:30–08:00) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2–3
• Work night shifts on a self-scheduling basis within an electronically managed schedule approved by the unit manager
• Float to Post Partum and potentially to affiliate hospital units as needed
• Document patient care and clinical information using Cerner electronic health records
• Participate in every-other-weekend scheduling as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Two supervisor references required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Trauma Level 1 or teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system
• Experience floating to Post Partum or similar units
