Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility policy
- Adhere to scheduled rotations including every other weekend and holidays as required by facility policy
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract commitment
- Compliance with all facility health, safety, and credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or hospital-based physical therapy setting
- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
