Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–16:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct physical therapy services in a short-term acute care hospital setting
  • Deliver one-on-one patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio
  • Evaluate and treat patients across applicable acute care units as assigned
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
  • Valid Physical Therapist state license required; compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission
  • Experience in an acute care setting
  • Ability to commit to holiday coverage requirements as outlined in assignment details
  • Must submit all time-off requests upfront at the time of submittal
  • Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
  • Familiarity with acute care workflows and interdisciplinary team collaboration
