Contract | Part-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Sunday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday | 24-Hour Weekly Guarantee
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess, monitor, and document resident health status and changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work assigned days including Sunday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a SNF or LTC setting with a high-acuity resident population
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in long-term care environments
