Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)

Contract | Days | Onsite | 35 guaranteed hours per week | Monday–Friday and Sunday with a variable daily schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with prescribed orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns or discrepancies
• Monitor residents for medication side effects or adverse reactions and communicate findings to appropriate clinical staff
• Transport residents or perform duties requiring use of a personal vehicle as needed
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations governing medication administration

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) certification in the state of Maine
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to work a set weekly schedule including early morning and evening shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a residential care or assisted living setting
• Familiarity with electronic medication administration records (eMAR)
