Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)

Contract | Days | Onsite | 35 guaranteed hours per week | Monday–Friday and Sunday with a variable daily schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with prescribed orders and facility protocols
- Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns or discrepancies
- Monitor residents for medication side effects or adverse reactions and communicate findings to appropriate clinical staff
- Transport residents or perform duties requiring use of a personal vehicle as needed
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations governing medication administration
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) certification in the state of Maine
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to work a set weekly schedule including early morning and evening shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a residential care or assisted living setting
- Familiarity with electronic medication administration records (eMAR)
