Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 44-bed Emergency Department serving all age ranges within the general population
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:4–5 while delivering safe, high-quality care
• Document patient information and care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Work weekends and holidays as required to meet unit scheduling needs
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate unit scheduling requirements without block schedule accommodations

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license or Multistate (Compact) RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Must wear navy scrubs per unit dress code policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying schedules and high-acuity emergency environments
