MRI Technologist – Travel Contract
Location
Asheville, North Carolina
Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) | Travel | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Shift: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–10:30 PM, Saturday–Sunday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM | Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures including contrast and non-contrast studies
- Operate GE MRI equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
- Document patient information and imaging data accurately within Cerner EMR
- Adhere to unit guidelines, dress code requirements, and departmental policies
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage as required
Required Qualifications
- Active MRI registration (ARRT or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience
- Proficiency with MRI contrast and non-contrast procedures
- Familiarity with GE MRI equipment
- Experience with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Breast MRI experience strongly preferred
- Prior travel assignment experience in a fast-paced imaging environment
