Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient therapy setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required (permanent state license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
• Commitment to fulfilling a 40 guaranteed weekly hours schedule, with 32 hours during holiday weeks

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Familiarity with contract assignment expectations and travel therapy workflows
