Contract | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Shift times: 7:00–15:30 and 11:00–19:30 (alternating based on need)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OR circulating nurse duties across a range of surgical services including General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, GYN, OB (C-Section), ENT, Plastics, Vascular, and Eyes
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical proceduresparticipate in on-call coverage, including one weeknight per week and one weekend every six weeks, with a 20-minute callback requirement
• Adhere to all scheduling requirements and float within the facility as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Previous OR circulating experience required
• Ability to meet on-call obligations with a 20-minute callback response time
• Willingness to alternate between AM and PM shift schedules based on unit need
• Proficiency with Epic charting system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior OR charge nurse experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with a multi-specialty surgical environment including trauma cases
