Job Title

Travel RN – Emergency Room (Free Standing ED)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a free-standing emergency department setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to and manage acute and critical patient presentations in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Prior emergency room or emergency department nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level II trauma center environment
• Familiarity with stroke, trauma, or pediatric emergency care protocols
• Previous travel nursing experience
