Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8 Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using established physical therapy principles and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Apply problem-solving skills to determine the most effective methods for addressing patient problems
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Cerner
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members throughout the care process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Pediatrics (PEDS) experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent education if trained outside of the U.S.
• Current Texas state license or eligibility for licensure (must be in hand prior to start)
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records
• 2 professional references required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse patient populations
