Contract | Rotating Shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing in chemical, microscopic, microbiological, blood bank, hematological, and serological disciplines to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease
• Accurately examine and analyze laboratory test results
• Maintain proficiency in venous phlebotomy collection procedures
• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures within the laboratory
• Participate in the routine operation of laboratory equipment and instrumentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and graduate of an accredited Medical Technology program
• Current State of California Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
• Active American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) registration
• Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality and accuracy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of Medical Technology experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple laboratory disciplines
