Registered Nurse – CVOR (Travel Contract)

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00–19:00) | Weekends Required (once per month, Saturday 0600–Monday 0600)

Key Responsibilities

• Function as a CVOR RN in a short-term acute care, teaching hospital environment
• Perform scrub and circulator roles within the cardiovascular operating room
• Respond to cardiac emergencies as part of on-call responsibilities
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and adhere to unit standards of care
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float to other units or affiliate facilities as needed based on skill set and census demands

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations, including response to cardiac emergencies
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during the assignment
• Willingness to float to affiliate facilities within the region as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR setting
• Experience in both scrub and circulator roles within cardiovascular surgery
• Familiarity with short-term acute care and teaching hospital environments
