Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Complete required facility orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
• Participate in holiday coverage rotation, working at minimum every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Active and unencumbered permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross ACLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required prior to start date
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of specialty experience obtained within a single facility location
• Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity of compliance and onboarding processes
• Demonstrated ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments
