Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite | Rotating weekends (up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period, Friday/Saturday for night shift) | Rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Administer IV therapies and conscious sedation per protocol
• Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Document all patient care activities accurately using an electronic health record system
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Minimum of 2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager, director, or formal leadership role)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
