Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a home health setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement and carry out established treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Adhere to all facility attendance and compliance policies throughout the duration of the contract
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina PTA license required prior to start date (pending license considered)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial submission; requests made after submission will not be considered
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Home health experience strongly preferred
- 2 or more years of PTA experience preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
