Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across all acuity levels
- Respond to and manage cardiac, trauma, and pediatric emergencies using evidence-based protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
- Float to other units as needed to support staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington or an active Multi-State license
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a high-volume or Level-designated Emergency Department
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, high-acuity clinical environments
