Travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer

Contract | Travel | 12-Week Assignment | Days | Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations including abdominal, gynecological, venous, arterial, carotid, and small parts studies
- Operate GE Logiq E9 and E10 ultrasound equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio while delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care
- Document and manage patient imaging records accurately using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of ultrasound technologists across day, evening, and night shifts
- Adhere to facility scheduling policies, including rotation of holiday and weekend shifts in alignment with hospital staff
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
- Proficiency in General Ultrasound imaging
- Proficiency in Vascular Ultrasound imaging
- Ability to work a fixed Friday through Sunday day shift schedule (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Compliance with facility dress code (Radiology department: black scrubs)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience performing abdominal, gynecological, carotid, venous, and arterial studies
- Prior travel assignment experience in a hospital-based radiology or ultrasound department
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
