Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
• Participate in call rotation as required; call expectations to be discussed during interview
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines — must be active at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience (travel RNs) or minimum 3 years of recent OR experience (non-travel RNs)
• Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
• Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility — no exceptions
• Willingness to work at least 1–2 holidays if they fall within the assignment period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Transplant experience strongly preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted for this position
