Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry (ICCU)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Rotating Weekends | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry/ICCU unit, monitoring and responding to cardiac rhythms and patient status changes
• Perform and assist with unit-level procedures including TEE and cardioversion
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Meditech electronic health records
• Rotate float assignments to other units as directed per facility floating policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code, attendance, and unit-specific policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas RN License (Temporary License not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a Telemetry unit
• Minimum 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
• Familiarity with TEE and cardioversion procedures in a telemetry setting
