Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA BLS certification required at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification required at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months required
• Must be able to achieve an acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments (two attempts maximum)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience gained within a single facility setting is preferred, though not required
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation in an acute care environment
