Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient condition and response to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in a Medical/Surgical care environment
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
