Registered Nurse – ICU / Med-Surg Telemetry

Contract (13–18 week options available) | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg Telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Complete required facility orientation modules and competency assessments prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license – must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med-Surg Telemetry experience
• Active AHA BLS certification in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• No open background or license hits; background review required prior to placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry and ECG rhythm recognition experience
• Experience gained within a single facility or health system setting
