Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of South Dakota
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
  • Ability to work night shifts in an onsite setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in LTC/SNF nursing with a stable work history
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care settings
