Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
- Float to Med/Surg unit as needed based on facility staffing requirements
- Participate in on-call shifts, which may be up to 24 hours in duration
Required Qualifications
- Current, active RN license with hands-on ICU experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Willingness to float to Med/Surg when needed
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements as outlined in the contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 electronic medical records system
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a critical care environment
