Contract | 13–16 Week Assignment | Days | Onsite | Primarily 10-hour shifts with variable start times (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM); must be flexible to work until 9:30 PM as needed; on-call one night per week (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and every 4th or 5th weekend; Monday through Sunday availability required; no block scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine MRI exams on a wide-bore GE Optima 450w unit, averaging 12–14 exams per day within a 6:00 AM – 10:30 PM operational window
• Administer contrast injections as required for applicable MRI proceduresli>Schedule and conduct MRI procedures spaced approximately 45 minutes apart
• Float within the radiology department as needed, including to fluoroscopy, OR, and off-site locations
• Participate in on-call rotations including weekend and holiday coverage (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday, Sunday, and holidays as needed)
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in MRI
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI clinical experience
• Teaching facility experience required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years — required and non-negotiable
• Ability to perform contrast injections
• Reliable personal or rental transportation required; public transportation is not accessible in this area; all-season or snow tires strongly recommended November through April

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a community-based hospital setting performing routine imaging exams
• Familiarity with wide-bore MRI equipment
• Cross-training or experience in CT or X-Ray is a plus
