Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts with Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
- Support a unit averaging approximately 60 or more deliveries per month, caring for infants 32 weeks gestational age and above
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
- Fulfill Charge RN responsibilities as required
- Participate in call rotation, typically one 12-hour shift approximately every six weeks
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license with authorization to practice in Colorado
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
- Influenza vaccine required (or agreement to obtain by 10/31/25)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience with limited time-off requests and immediate availability
- Previous RN Charge experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Experience providing couplet care and caring for higher-acuity neonatal patients
