Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Holidays Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns during 12-hour night shifts
• Administer and monitor magnesium drips and perform telemetry monitoring as required
• Participate in every other weekend rotation and fulfill holiday coverage requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes in a postpartum setting
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of postpartum / mother-baby nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Candidates must have a minimum 6-month separation period if previously employed at this facility in any capacity (permanent, per diem, or travel)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience administering and monitoring magnesium drips
• Telemetry experience in a postpartum or related clinical setting
