Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Holidays Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns in a high-acuity inpatient setting
• Administer and monitor magnesium drips and telemetry as clinically indicated
• Participate in every other weekend rotation and required holiday coverage
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of postpartum / mother-baby nursing experience
• High-acuity patient care experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Prior travel nursing experience required; non-local candidates only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with magnesium drip administration and management
• Telemetry monitoring experience
