Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4
• Float between units and, as needed, to sister facilities based on skill set and patient census
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry
• Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during the assignment
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel guidelines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to multiple units or facility types within an acute care health system
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to support staffing needs across multiple locations
