Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering safe and effective nursing care throughout each shift
• Float between units and, as needed, to sister facilities based on skill set and census demands
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard scheduling requirement
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Must reside outside a 50-mile local radius of the facility
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during the assignment
• Must be able to commit to all required RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience floating to multiple units or facilities in a travel capacity
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and unit float requirements
