Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays As Needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit during 12-hour night shifts
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float to like units at other facilities as needed, with assignments communicated up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled shift
- Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing experience
- Current BLS certification (must be presented at time of submittal)
- Current ACLS certification (must be presented at time of submittal)
- Current NIHSS certification (must be presented at time of submittal)
- Passing EKG test result (must be presented at time of submittal)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3 or more years of Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing experience
- Comfort with floating to like units across multiple facilities
