Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Texas
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical occupational therapy experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel assignment with a projected start date in August 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in a similar clinical setting
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility-specific workflows
