X-Ray Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Friday – Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Operate radiologic equipment accurately and safely in accordance with facility protocols
- Document and chart patient imaging data using Epic electronic health records system
- Participate in on-call coverage, with approximately 3 on-call shifts required per month
- Adhere to block scheduling requirements and committed holiday coverage obligations
- Float to affiliate facilities nearby as needed per assignment requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Technologist experience
- Active Oregon state license (may submit with licensure pending)
- Proficiency with Epic charting system required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel compliance guidelines
- Must have a personal vehicle available for this assignment
- Must be willing to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a teaching hospital or large acute care facility (500+ beds)
- Familiarity with Cath Lab or OR imaging environments
- Experience floating between units or sister facilities in a travel or per-diem capacity
