Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting with an average daily census of 105 patients
• Work within a department operating 20 rooms and 26 beds, supporting up to 135 visits per day
• Float to the Observation Unit to cover ER hold patients as needed
• Potentially float between sister or affiliate facilities nearby the contracted location
• Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid California RN license (pending license not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Willingness to work 3 out of every 6 weekends
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are accepted
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient care environments and float assignments
