Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite | Weekend and rotating holiday requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an acute-care Medical/Surgical setting
- Perform IV insertions and other required clinical skills
- Monitor and document patient status using the EPIC electronic health records system
- Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level within the organization as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license – valid compact or state license required at time of submission
- Minimum of one year of acute-care Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency with IV insertion
- EPIC electronic health records experience required
- Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Telemetry experience
- Previous travel nursing experience
