Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30–17:00 or 7:30–18:00) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a Cardiac Cath Lab and EP setting, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient management
- Assist with and support interventional cardiology procedures including STEMI intervention, Left and Right Heart Catheterization, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty, Stent placement, and Thrombectomy
- Support device-related procedures including Pacemaker and Defibrillator placement, Impella insertion, and Rotablader use
- Participate in on-call rotation, including weekend call (approximately 10–12 shifts per month)
- Float within the facility or to affiliate locations as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand prior to start date
- Strong hands-on experience with interventional cardiology procedures and STEMI management (required)
- Minimum 18 months of Cardiac Cath Lab / EP nursing experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements, including weekend call coverage
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Impella device management and support
- Familiarity with EP procedures and device implantation
- First-time travel nursing candidates are welcome to apply
