Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend required (Saturday & Sunday) | Must work 2 of 3 major holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Float between multiple units including the Emergency Department, Adult ICU, Adult Med/Surg, Adult Progressive Care Unit, Labor & Delivery, and NICU Level II
• Provide respiratory therapy support in a full-service, community-based Emergency Department, including assistance with pediatric care as applicable
• Support high-risk deliveries and NICU II care, comprising approximately 30–40% of the assignment
• Deliver adult acute care respiratory services across assigned units based on patient census and skill set needs
• Provide holiday coverage as scheduled by the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Active Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start date)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Ability and willingness to float within the facility or to affiliate locations as needed (floating is 100% required)
• First-time travelers accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Adult respiratory therapy background with Labor & Delivery experience is the ideal candidate profile
• Experience in NICU and high-risk delivery settings
• Comfort working across multiple acuity levels within a community-based hospital environment
