Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to infants, pediatric, and adolescent patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning with accurate SLP evaluation coding
• Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care addressing conditions such as autism, birth defects, developmental delays, and language disorders
• Complete billing documentation including assessments, Medicaid documentation, and evaluations using Wellsky and Epic
• Deliver patient and family education as part of the therapeutic process
• Recognize and respond to signs and symptoms of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse in accordance with patient safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a pediatric outpatient setting
• Experience working with pediatric populations including autism, birth defects, developmental delays, and language disorders
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records (Epic charting experience required)
• Valid state licensure in hand prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Wellsky documentation system
• Familiarity with interpretation services coordination in a clinical environment
• Prior travel therapy experience welcomed; first-time travelers accepted
