Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite | Rotating weekends (up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period) and rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced cardiac and critical care interventions including ventilator management, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, Swan-Ganz catheter management, and conscious sedation
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the EPIC electronic health records system
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Active EPIC EMR experience required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Minimum of 2 professional references required, with at least 1 from a manager, director, or formal leadership role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
