Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day/Evening Rotating Shifts | 40 hours per week fulfilled through a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts based on unit need

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment on a day/evening rotating schedule
• Perform circulating and scrubbing duties as required by the surgical team
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records utilizing the EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in call coverage as needed, including evening, night, and weekend call rotations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — valid compact or state license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedic, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flap, and robotic (Da Vinci) surgical procedures
• Oncology surgical experience
• Circulate and scrub experience in a high-acuity OR setting
