Contract (13–18 Week Options) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete required facility orientation modules and annual competency assessments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA BLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the same specialty, from an assignment within the past 12 months
• Must be able to achieve acceptable scores on ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments completed during orientation (two attempts maximum)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18+ months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility
• Prior travel nursing experience in a large health system environment
