Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Alternating Weekly Schedule: Week 1 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray and radiologic imaging procedures in a radiology/cardiology setting
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality for diagnostic purposes
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care within the radiology and cardiology departments
- Complete required facility orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in X-ray / Radiology Technology
- Active, permanent Ohio state license in hand at time of submission (Compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/23 and forward)
- All required certifications must be active with nothing pending
- Must be nicotine-free; a negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start date, updated annually
- One supervisory reference (manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director) in the applying specialty required at time of submission
- No open background case hits; facility does not accept any license hits
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel radiology/cardiology tech experience within a large health system environment
- Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and electronic medication safety assessments
