Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Night Shift (7P–7A)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 12-bed Progressive Care Unit serving a mixed medical patient population
• Maintain a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio in collaboration with charge nurses and patient care technicians
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EMR
• Participate in unit float rotation as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including charge nurses and PCTs to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of PCU, IMC, or Step-Down nursing experience
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Meditech EMR
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a PCU or Step-Down setting
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic medical records system
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a positive, adaptable attitude
